Vergumat P06 mortar pumps

The Vergumat P06 is a continuously operating mixing pump that mixes and pumps at the same time. Dry mix moves from the hopper into the mixing zone, where it is blended evenly with injected water. Output is changed with interchangeable screw pumps, the modules, in just a few steps. The machine suits cement and lime-cement mortars: joint filling, anchoring and injection, plaster and masonry mortars, levelling compounds and element and infill concrete. Available for both sale and rental.

How the
P06 works

A single drive motor feeds material from the hopper into the mixing chamber, where it blends with precisely dosed water and is pushed straight into the hose in the same pass. The result is a smooth, steady flow of material even on hard-to-reach sites.

How does a mixing dry-mix pump differ from a ready-mix worm pump? The P06 mixes dry material with water and pumps the finished mix onward, all in one machine. A regular worm pump needs separate mixing and only moves ready material. A new complete machine with local support and warranty is a safer buy than an anonymous used machine from a listings site: you know its condition, you get training, spare parts are in stock in Estonia and we provide a replacement pump if yours breaks.

Private customers get a 2-year warranty and companies a 1-year warranty. It covers manufacturing and material defects under normal use.
How long have Vergumat machines been made?
Vergumat GmbH is a German company specialising in mortar pumps, operating since 2010. Their machines are used worldwide and known for their ruggedness.
Where and how fast can I get spare parts?
We offer original spare parts with fast delivery and keep some in stock. Service and advice are provided locally in Estonia, so you don't have to source parts from abroad yourself.
